Join Us for the Galaxy Imaging Hackathon 2025

We invite the Galaxy Imaging Community to a three-day Imaging Hackathon in Freiburg. This event will provide a collaborative environment to enhance imaging workflows, tools, and data analysis within Galaxy.

• Location: Georges-Koehler-Allee 079, D-79110 Freiburg, Germany
• Dates: April 22–24, 2025
• Focus: Advancing imaging in Galaxy, including workflows, tools, data analysis, and visualization

What to Expect

• Hands-on development and enhancement of imaging workflows and tools
• Improving data analysis, visualization, and interoperability in Galaxy
• Refining imaging pipeline applications
• Brainstorming and prototyping new features
• Engaging with the Galaxy Imaging Community and fostering collaboration

This hackathon is an opportunity to collaborate with researchers and developers to push the boundaries of imaging in Galaxy. We look forward to welcoming you to Freiburg.
